  11. The newest  addition to  The Sixth  Column's info-archive  is a  lot of  good
  12. information on Sovereign Citizenship. We've known about the concept from  Day
  13. 1, but good solid info on it is extremely hard to come by. We found  (through
  14. the Internet) an organization called  The Frog Farm. It's an  organization of
  15. one person who  distributes as much  info as he  can get on  sovereignty, and
  16. he's got a lot. If you're wondering why it's called Frog Farm, it comes  from
  17. a  Mark  Twain  quote:  "If  you  drop  a frog into boiling water, he'll jump
  18. right back out and not be harmed, but  if you put him in cold water and  very
  19. slowly raise  the temperature,  he'll never  know what's  going on until it's
  20. too late."

  22. Sovereign Citizenship  is  a  status that  the Constitution  was designed  to
  23. provide  EVERYONE.  However,  the  Government  decided  IT  wanted  to be the
  24. sovereign  and  tricked  everyone  into  all  these  lovely  contracts to get
  25. jurisdiction  over  us  and  change  our  status  to  "subject". There are 23
  26. statuses of people in  the USA, ranging from  what basically everyone is  - a
  27. SUBJECT -  to the  highest, which  is a  full Sovereign.  The statuses mostly
  28. pertain  to  how  many  contracts  you  are  subject to - a full sovereign is
  29. subject to NO contracts - he is free to act as he wishes within the bounds of
  30. common law.  Becoming a  Sovereign involves  rescinding, one  by one, all the
  31. accursed contracts until  none remain, and  then defending yourself  whenever
  32. necessary.

  34. You may not realize that certain things are contracts which really are!   For
  35. example, the most heinous contracts are: Your "driver's license", your  birth
  36. certificate, and  your SS  Number.   Yes, even  your birth  certificate is  a
  37. contract.  These contracts are very easy  to rescind, you just have to do  it
  38. right (all  info is  available on  DnA Systems,  in the Sovereign Citizenship
  39. info directory).

  41. The "driver's license"  is  particularly evil  - it does  two things: [1]  it
  42. declares  you  an  ALIEN  residing  in  a  state for the purpose of commerce,
  43. thereby under  ADMIRALTY jurisdiction  (which is  why we  see all  those gold
  44. fringed flags) and [2] it is a WAIVER, signed BY YOU of your RIGHT TO TRAVEL.
  45. Yes, that's right -  you've waived your right  to travel in exchange  for the
  46. "privilege" of driving.   It has been  held many, many  times in the  Supreme
  47. Court that travelling  is a RIGHT  and a LIBERTY  which can not  be infringed
  48. upon. The  mode of  travel DOES  NOT MATTER,  because placing restrictions on
  49. which mode you can employ would be an infringement. In addition, a license is
  50. defined as a contract which allows you to do something that wouldn't normally
  51. be allowed under common law. There's nothing in the common law that says  you
  52. can't travel, therefore your driver's  "license" is in reality no  license at
  53. all - it's an adhesion  contract placing you under your  state's jurisdiction
  54. without your knowledge. This also means that you must NEVER proclaim yourself
  55. a  "STATE   CITIZEN"  because   all  state   citizens  are   UNDER  ADMIRALTY
  56. JURISDICTION. You want OUT of admiralty jurisdiction.

  58. The  Social  Security  Number  is  also  an evil contract with the government
  59. whereby you have waived your right to keep some of the money you earn at work
  60. in  exchange  for  a  "retirement  account"  set  up  for you. First off, the
  61. "retirement account" is  utter bullshit, the  money will all  be gone by  the
  62. time my PARENTS retire (my parents are 50ish now), you think there'll be  any
  63. left when *I* retire? (I'm 22)   Plus, the SS number gives the government  to
  64. jurisdiction to tax you, and use  that number to follow your every  financial
  65. move. This is why anyone who wants to be truly free must rescind it.

  67. And finally, the Birth Certificate. It's a contract too, making you a SUBJECT
  68. of the Federal Government. Under common law, births are not public record and
  69. therefore no certificate is required. Only DEATHS are public record. So,  you
  70. can and  should rescind  your birth  certificate as  well if  you want  to be
  71. totally free.

  73. I know this is a big world-smasher for a lot of people. It's hard to  believe
  74. we've been duped so badly. Now, we're  not telling you to rush right out  and
  75. do all this right now. There's a  lot you must learn before that stage.  But,
  76. grab all the Sovereign info files off from DnA Systems, and read them.  Then,
  77. if you're  still interested  (you will  be!), follow  the next  logical path,
  78. whatever that turns out to be  for you. Just make sure you've  studied enough
  79. so that  you can  defend yourself  against anything  that may  arise from you
  80. claiming your birthright to sovereignty.
